Information - DiGBY and Beattie’s Adventure

Enjoy magical adventures around Ipswich with your children this summer thanks to new AR Trails around the town!

Get creative and get involved with the adventures of Digby, Beattie and friends,  as they share the creative magic of children along a new virtual walking trail across Ipswich.

Produced as part of Digital Ipswich plans funded by the Town’s Fund, this is the first of four AR Trails inspired by Beat the Street. The trails aim to encourage and so increase footfall and dwell times around the town centre whilst promoting our local assets and strong heritage in the town.

The DiGBY and Beattie trail has seven stops, each themed by a character representative of Ipswich in some way and each location has something interactive, including photo opportunities!

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
