We are hosting our first disability fitness seminar at the Murrayside Community Centre Nacton Road Ipswich.

Come and join us for a fun hour of exercise and networking.

All welcome for this FREE event. We welcome family, carers and friends to join alongside us.

We have great access and cafe facilities for refreshments.
