The Signatures – Northern Soul Live

Get ready to step back in time and immerse yourself in the soulful sounds of The Signatures – Northern Soul Live, the only touring Northern Soul show featuring an original Northern Soul artist! This unforgettable event will be held at the iconic Corn Exchange on Sunday, 28th June 2026.

Meet the Stars of the Show

Headlining this incredible night is Lorraine Silver, a true icon from the legendary Wigan Casino, showcasing her timeless classic track ‘Lost Summer Love’. Alongside her, enjoy the soulful vocals of Freddie Gilmore, one of the brightest young talents on the UK Soul scene today.

Why You Can’t Miss This

The Signatures have earned an outstanding reputation as the UK’s most authentic Northern Soul live experience. They’re the official backing band for many original Northern Soul legends from the USA during their UK tours, including:

  • Sidney Barnes
  • Eddie Holman
  • Tobi Legend
  • The late greats Dean Parrish & Nolan Porter

Plus, they’re featured as the house band on the famous Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on BBC 6 Music!

The Live Experience

Prepare to be blown away by a ten-piece live band, including three horn players, delivering their soulful magic, power, and expression right on stage. This show isn’t just about the classic Northern Soul hits; it’s an exhilarating journey that captures the heart and energy of this vibrant genre.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
