Cryptid Hive

Local indie rockers Cryptid Hive are taking over the headline slot to celebrate a major milestone—the launch of their highly anticipated new EP, “Crash”! Known for their catchy hooks, energetic performances, and driving indie sound, the band is ready to lift the roof off The Smokehouse. This is your chance to hear the new tracks live and grab yourself a copy of the EP.

zievi

If you frequent the local open-mic scene, you will definitely recognise the wonderful zievi. For this special night, zievi is bringing a full band along to play a packed set of beautiful songs. Get ready for some fantastic songwriting and a wonderful performance put together purely for the listening pleasure of The Smokehouse crowd.

Gwildcore

Opening the night is Gwildcore, a self-described “old Ipswichian of rich and beardy descent.” Gwildcore creates fascinating, trippy electronic music using a blend of unique samples and analogue hardware. It is the perfect, atmospheric way to kick off the evening’s music and get your ears warmed up for a great night ahead.

The venue offers step-free access throughout, with the main gig room, the bar, and the accessible toilet all located on one single floor.
