Debrief Adventure Festival: Where Adventure Gets Unpacked!

Are you someone who feels the pull of the great outdoors? Whether you’re a seasoned explorer or someone just starting to step outside your comfort zone, we have a fantastic event coming to Ipswich that you won’t want to miss.

Following a successful debut, the Debrief Adventure Festival is returning for its second event on Saturday, 13th June 2026. This isn’t your typical polished travel show; it’s a space for real stories, raw efforts, and the lessons we learn when we push our limits. It’s about the community coming together to share the moments that stay with us long after the journey ends.

What’s Happening at the Festival?

The 2025 launch was a hit, and for 2026, the team is bringing back even more of what you loved. Here is a taste of what you can expect on the night:

  • Inspiring Talks: Hear from three guest speakers who will be sharing their personal adventure stories.
  • Exhibitions: Meet with local outdoor organisations, clubs, and charities. It’s the perfect way to find your next hobby or support a great cause.
  • The Kit-Swap: Looking to upgrade your gear or pass on something you no longer use? The kit-swap is a staple of the event.
  • Competitions: Get involved for a chance to win some great prizes.
  • Great Vibes: Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and facilities at The Church, one of Ipswich’s most unique venues.

Event Details & Venue

The festival is taking place at The Church, Ipswich. It’s a brilliant space to gather, grab a drink, and chat with fellow adventure enthusiasts.

  • Date: Saturday 13th June 2026
  • Location: The Church, Ipswich

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
