Information - Easter Sustainable Wreath Making

Get creative this spring season at Christchurch Mansion and join us on Saturday 21 March for an Easter themed sustainable wreath workshop!

Using recycled materials, we will teach you step by step on how to make a wreath that you can take home and use to decorate your house. As long as you can knot a bow by joining fabric strips, then you can make your own wreath. We will provide all the materials you need, but feel free to bring along any cotton-based materials to give your wreath a personal touch.

This workshop is suitable for children 8+ and adults. Sessions run for 90 minutes and start at 10:15 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM. Give yourself some time out with a mindful craft activity at Christchurch Mansion this springtime – we hope to inspire your creativity!

This event will take place in the Lower Tudor Room, which is located on the Ground Floor.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
