Who we are – We are a group of Anglican Churches in Ipswich, Suffolk, working together under the banner of Ipswich Top Up Shops
What we do – We seek to alleviate food poverty and social deprivation by partnering with organisations such as FareShare, Neighbourly and local food wholesalers and producers to offer good quality food to local people at discounted prices. We also seek to share the love of Jesus by providing care through wellbeing and other groups. In everything, we seek to support those who have no voice, who have no food and who feel they have no hope.
Our Top Shop and FREE community café is open every Wednesday 9-10am. No referrals needed. To help make us more sustainable, please bring your own bag if you can. All are welcome!

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
