Information - Midnight Walk 2026

Our biggest fundraising night is back for 2026, and this year, we’re calling on you to be a Hospice Hero.

Join us for a powerful and unforgettable evening as we come together to walk in support of St Elizabeth Hospice. Whether you choose our 6 or 9 mile route, every step you take helps bring vital care to people across our communities.

Starting at Christchurch Park, you’ll walk through the streets of Ipswich and up to the peaceful hospice grounds, where you’ll have the chance to pause, reflect and remember loved ones. As you make your way back into the town centre and across the finish line, you’ll know you’ve been part of something truly meaningful.

Thanks to the support of our sponsor, Knights Lowe, the night will begin from 7pm with music, entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere to carry you through the evening.

Your ticket covers the cost of putting on this incredible event. It’s your sponsorship that makes the difference.

By asking friends, family and colleagues to support you, you are directly helping us reach more patients and families when they need us most.

St Elizabeth Hospice provides care for people of all ages living with life-limiting illness across East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney. More than 70% of our care is delivered in people’s own homes, helping families stay together in familiar surroundings during the most difficult times.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
