Information - Rushmere Ducklings

Please remember that booking is required via Eventbrite, link is shared weekly via our Facebook page and you only need to book a ticket for each family attending.

Here at Rushmere Baptist Church we run a baby and toddler group called Rushmere Ducklings.

Rushmere Ducklings is held every Friday from 9:15am to 11am during term time only. It’s obviously GREAT FUN, friendly, relaxed, and a lovely environment for both toddlers and adults. You can come for as long as you like, we really don’t mind, we just want to meet you.

We have lots of different toys out, both for babies and toddlers – trains, cars, toy kitchen, craft, ride-on cars, tunnel & tent, books, puzzles, etc. Lots of things to keep them amused. It’s obviously GREAT FUN. Friendly, relaxed, and a lovely environment for both toddlers and adults to enjoy, make new friends and have fun together. We offer a range of healthy snacks to the little ones that alternate each week and for the adults homemade cake and hot drinks.

As a church we believe the community around us is very important and Rushmere Ducklings is here to provide a safe and relaxed place for young children and their adults to meet and have some social time with others.

Please come and join us.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
