Information - Suffolk Seedlings

Looking for a way to boost your wellbeing this spring? We are so excited to welcome Alicia from Suffolk Seedlings to Ipswich for a special wellness session at The Church!

Whether you are looking to manage stress, improve your mood, or simply want to try something new for your physical health, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a unique, non-invasive treatment in a beautiful local setting.

What is Ear Seeding?

Ear seeding is a gentle, needle-free form of Auricular Therapy used to promote both physical and emotional wellness. Alicia uses high-quality, gold-plated and silver-plated ear seeds, applying them to specific pressure points on the external ear.

These seeds send direct signals to the brain to help regulate the nervous system, naturally encouraging your body’s own pain-management and mood-stabilising chemicals. The best part? It is completely non-invasive and safe for all ages! Once the seeds are applied, you can continue the treatment at home for the next 5-7 days by gently stimulating the seeds yourself.

Meet Alicia

You’ll be in very safe hands. Alicia is a fully licensed acupuncturist and is regulated by the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority, the British Acupuncture Federation, and the Hub of Paediatric Acupuncture.

During the event, Alicia will also be available to chat about Auricular Acupuncture and how individualised treatment plans can help you reach your health goals.

You Don’t Need To Be An Expert To Get Involved In Pride in Place

One of the biggest misconceptions about community projects is that they're only for people with impressive CVs, professional backgrounds or years of experience sitting on committees. The Pride in Place programme - a government investment for Whitehouse and Stoke Park/Chantry of £20m into each area over 10 years - is trying to change that.
